On September 1, our four trainees started their careers. A warm welcome to Elias Grabler, Simon Prummer, Konstanze Sießmeir and Luca Kubiak.
We, and above all Andreas Mayr – Head of Apprentices – wish you lots of fun in the industrial mechanic and industrial clerk apprenticeships and look forward to accompanying you.
The training philosophy at OilQuick, the market leader in quick couplers for the construction industry with almost 30 years of history, is characterized by a strong commitment to the development of talented young professionals and the continuous development of our employees. We firmly believe that training is the key to the long-term success of our company and our industry.
Major investments have been made to provide the best possible support for the trainees. State-of-the-art surfaces are available in the production area to increase efficiency and precision, while the commercial trainees have been equipped with powerful laptops so that ideas can be easily implemented. And a WF 600 MC milling machine has been purchased for the exclusive use of the trainees so that the industrial mechanics can take their production skills to the next level.
“We are incredibly excited about the coming years with you and look forward to the great contributions you will make to our team and our company.” “With the apprenticeship at OilQuick, I can shape a successful future together. And with state-of-the-art tools and nice colleagues,” says Elias Grabler, a budding industrial mechanic. “I can build a job with a secure future with this successful family business,” says Luca Kubiak, who has also started training as an industrial mechanic. “I decided to do my apprenticeship here because I think OilQuick is a company with a great future and I hope it will provide me with a secure and long-term job. I also wanted to learn something about steel processing and see what I’ve achieved in the evening,” says industrial mechanic-to-be Simon Prummer.
